5 Verbs to Begin Learning Spanish

Hi, my name is David Palacios. Welcome to my Spanish course. We’re going to go step by step learning how to use the Spanish language.

This course is a different way to learn a language. You only have to repeat after me aloud at the beginning, then you’ll have to listen to the audio, and answer the sentences before I do it (download the audio here). Let’s start with the first 5 verbs.

• I speak = Yo hablo

• I understand = Yo entiendo

• I do = Yo hago

As you can see, all of them end with “o”: “hablo”, “entiendo”, “hago”. Let’s continue:

• I eat = Yo como

• I want = Yo quiero
